Love the store itself but some of sale representatives at Tory Burch at Chinook provide horrible service. It took us an half an hour to ring out a few items and constantly in the back calculating what so ever.
While waiting i was interested in another bag so i asked a representative that was available but he told me to wait and said the lady will help me instead. That took another 15 minutes. This is probably solely a commission paid store but that does not justify the representative to push a customer's request to someone else. Worst service at such a high end designer store, very disappointing.
