Horrible!!! I was harassed by one of the managers in one of the locations and the corporate office DIDNT even care. The district manager Tara was unempathetic and didnt care that their staff was rude. She wanted her money and thats all they care about, RUN AWAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!
1. Customer service across the board is crappy, no skills
2. You're lucky if the machines work half the time
3. The spray tans are just okay, not worth what they charge
4. They wont respond to emails
5. Make sure you get your gear when you sign up otherwise they make you feel like you are trying to steal from them.
6. Consistently met with a bad attitude from all people at the front desk
7. Facilities are out of date and they smell
SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON BODYHEAT
