They sold me the wrong bracelet and when asked to correct their error, they said they would try to locate another one. In the interim, they asked me to mail back the one I had (the wrong bracelet was packaged and sold to me).
Good thing I didn't! After no contact back, I reached out and they simply replied that they no longer are selling this item.
What reputable company lies?! It's up for sale on their website and at their stores as I type this!
The customer service is horrible and honestly the jewelry quality is very poor.
Hope they get their "karma" for what they did.
