St. Viateur- fluffier and less crust than Fairmont. FairmonT- thought I had been given stale bagel. Or that it was baked too long. Perhaps sweeter too. NYC (ess-a-bagel or best bagel)- no hole. Not sweet. Calorie bomb and my worth it winner. I don't understand liberty cream cheese product. It's almost crumbly. I like it! I'd go back to St Viateur to get some bagels for the plane ride home.
