I went at 9:15 am, and the place already smelled of shellac, enuf so it hurt my eyes. Anyway, i needed a pedicure desperately, so stayed. An older lady came out who didn't speak English, so didn't understand when I said it hurt... or anything else. She cut my nails at different lengths, and she took her metal (i call it grater) and started scraping bottom of the feet, and I said I don't like that, so she rinsed it off and put it back. didn't even sanitize it. Then she did the sugar scrub, and she hardly used any, so it didn't feel like a real sugar scrub.And then when i left early, they still charged me the full $25.
