I have been trying to get an appointment here for a few weeks (attests to how popular they are!) Luckily they had a spot open up last minute last Thursday for a Bio-gel refill. It was insanely busy when I arrived, but Helen took me within 15 mins of arriving. I love her. I took every single suggestion she gave because I absolutely fell in love with my nails. Definitely going to ask for her next time. She's so meticulous and friendly. The staff are always professional and they are always willing to help. Really and truly the only downside is how CRAZY the salon gets. Just the sheer amount of people that love this place as much as I do is insane!!
