Hilgers Pediatric Dentistry is wonderful. My oldest has recently started Kindergarten and I was not thinking of his new school schedule when I made the appointment for him and his younger sister 6 months ago. When I called (only a week before the appointment) they were able to get him in the next day. After arriving at the office, while the kids were enjoying the fun games in the waiting room, the admin assistant offered to squeeze my daughter's cleaning in to that day too so I wouldn't have to come back for their regular appointment. I was able to leave the Dentist office with one task scratched off my to do list for the following week.
Additionally, while waiting for my two oldest to have their cleanings and holding my 1 year old daughter everyone was super nice and accommodating. The cleaning technicians were very friendly and could easily talk to each of my children. My daughter was a bit apprehensive at first because she was not expecting the get her teeth cleaned. The technician was very understanding and showed her each tool and how it worked. Once the cleanings were complete, Dr. Kelly introduced herself and talked to me as a partner in establishing good oral health for my children. She gave me great pointers without making me feel guilty about not following a perfect oral routine.
I highly recommend Hilgers Dentistry. They are warm and inviting, while understanding the need to distract children while waiting in the waiting room and while getting their teeth cleaned.
