HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I ordered flowers for my mum, who lives in the UK. I ordered them 3 days early, to be delivered a day early, in case. At the last minute I received an email saying that they were unable to deliver the selected bouquet, and that the delivery would be a day late. OK I can live with that given I was super organized. Then over a day later I get another email saying that they will be unable to deliver for another 3 days. UGH. Now my poor mum gets NO flowers on her special day. These guys basically ruined a special occasion for me. DO NOT EVER USE THEM!!!!!
