Rude. I asked one of my bridesmaids to go downtown Toronto and check out bridesmaid dresses just to get an idea of styles and colors. She didn't have problems at the other places since she came in before lunch on a weekday! Until she found this place and was treated so poorly. First, the store was empty; second, there were a few people working but no her coming in without an appointment is just a disgrace! That cannot be possible and so abhorrent that the lady who helped her clearly told her she wasn't welcomed. Other than the fact that there are other Bridal stores around Toronto that are bigger with better selections, the rudeness factor here is just a no go. So if you want to have a pleasant experience as a client who's just really looking for ideas, this isn't the place to be! There's always a nicer way of treating your customers and having them wait while you complain to their face why they didn't get an appointment on a weekday where by the way your store is empty? Oh figures, no wonder this store was empty when she came in. Rude rude rude. Stay away! You don't need this type of stress especially if you're planning for a happy event!
