I can not say enough about the customer service with this dealer. They have my business for life and I mean that!!! We stopped by today on a Sunday because we could not get our Passat to lock. We knew service would not be open but hoped someone could direct us or perhaps see if we were doing something wrong. In less than 10 minutes our car was pulled into a bay for repairs and we were on our way in a loaner car. Does not get better than that. And by the way my Passat is my favorite car I have ever owned.
