Stevens handled the interstate part of our move from Cleveland to Florida. They twice denied responsibility for furniture and picture glass breakage documented by their unloading crew in a process taking two months to appraise our claim. Then suggested we try arbitration. Responded only to pressure from their local referral agent, finally offered 50% of the damages in settlement, then sent a check that bounced. Payment did actually ensue. Our treatment was unresponsive, bureaucratic, insincere, time consuming and thoroughly deserving of the rating they've earned.
