Has anyone noticed an overriding theme here? This company is terrible. The adage "you get what you pay for" is absolutely spot on. They were 1/2 the price of anyone else and the pictures on there website looked pretty good. Booked a party bus and got this rickety old thing. Had to pay cash when bus arrived. At no point in the multiple calls/emails were we ever told of this. Do you know how hard it is to get $780 cash on a Saturday night at 6:30...banks closed...ATM limit is $300. Where was I...oh yes... A/C barely worked. At one point, front door took 20 minutes to open. What if there were an emergency?!?!? We'd be toast! Driver did not know how anything operated. Anytime we asked, he responded with "I don't know how anything works on this bus". The music was awful since there was no AUX port on the "stereo" system. We had to listen to the radio and that was barely audible. I think it may have been an 8-track cassette player. We called for the manager and left a couple of messages. Not even the decency of a call back. Don't even bother with this company. It's not worth the hassle.
