We have a two story church building and had our first need for a plumber. A parent had flushed a diaper down the toilet and it backed up something fierce. Being close to 4:00 I relegated myself to waiting some time for help. I found Plumbing & A/C Media in the Christian Resource Guide and gave them a call. Their $64 flat price sounded good. The initial contact was very friendly and took all my information. I was then told to expect a call withing 20 minutes from dispatch. In 10 minutes the call came in and another very friendly gal said all their techs were on all day jobs and it would be between 5 & 7.
She called me back in about 10 minutes saying a tech just finished and would be here in 5 minutes. A quick assessment of the situation and Mike had the toilet unplugged and even mopped up some of the messy water.
They were in and out in less than 30 minutes! I would highly recommend them, however all situations are different, but the friendly and professional service couldn't be beat.
