I have had two massages here since I moved to Vegas. Been an active Massage Envy member for the past 2-3 yrs. I get 5-6 massages a month. The first therapist was supposed to be a deep tissue therapist, which I asked for. I felt no relief whatsoever. This therapist was inexperienced and did not work on the area I asked for. I felt like I was being lotioned, rather than being massaged. The second therapist was supposed to be the most deep tissue therapist there and I don't know what the @-&$ she was doing, but I felt like crap afterwards. I felt like I was going into a car wash, being shaken around. I want to release muscle tension, not get punched around in the back. I won't state names. As a 25 yr old, I have gotten over hundreds of massages for my chronic neck and shoulder pain and the past two massages at this place have been the absolute worst. I know when it is a good massage. I am going to give this massage envy a last try in 1.5 weeks with my next appt, and I hope I won't be disappointed.
