I have shopped at this location many times for my watches and had wonderful experiences, but they were quick and I knew what I wanted. That is why I had hoped to purchase the perfect birthday gift for my boyfriend and I needed help. The woman who had helped me said that she would grab a brand new watch in the back and wrap the gift nicely. Perfect, I was receiving the awesome service I have always had.
On the day of my boyfriend's birthday, we had opened the box to find fingerprints and sticky residue all over the links. Not only that, but the price tag was left on the back of the watch. I went back in to speak with management in hopes to give feedback with my experience, only to be shot down and spoken down upon. Christy pretended as if there were no stickiness on the watch. But then later she admitted that there was something there and blamed it on the tapes that were applied on the watches prior to being sold... I guess they tape the whole entire watch? I've never had an MK watch feel as if someone ate a candy apple and rubbed their fingers all over the watch. She was very offended, and I had to explain to her, I am not here to cause trouble, I just would like a solution to this. I was more hurt that they couldn't understand that this watch was suppose to be something more precious. Then as we were about to leave, she looked at my boyfriend and said, "well you can pick a different watch if you HATE the fact that your watch came from a display." It's not the mere fact that it came from a display, I am disappointed of how the item had lack of care when I purchased this product. I am very disappointed in this experience and will never purchase any Michael Kors product again.
