We've been renting from Red Brick for the last 15 months now. We moved here from Colorado and moving to a new house essentially "blind" was terrifying. Carla was great helping get things situated for us. Of course things were not perfect but as someone who has managed properties in the past they are by no means the worst. For a while we did have issues but since Shane has come on board we've noticed a huge improvement in how quickly most things are able to be accomplished. I know a great deal of that is the property owner though and ours is out of state. Overall I find them easy to work with and very helpful. I do like the website as well for submitting work orders since you have an automatic record that way. We are not moving anytime soon.
