I own a home in Pittsburgh. Duquesne Light was called in November? to advise them the people there were not contributing any money toward the utilities as per my agreement with them . They took the bill out of my name. The woman in the house was supposed to put the account in her name in March. She was to put a security deposit of $188.00 . Because she wined about the amount they told her she only had to put a $94.00 deposit. As of this writing she has given them nothing Three months and Duquesne Light is sitting on their duppa and no payment. Technically they should be made to pay from December 1, 2016 as that is when it was no longer in my name . Electric is still on. Don't bother paying your bill they were informed these folks would never pay and as previously discussed the electric is still on. I guess even though they posted a notice on the the house they would be shut off and gave her 10 days to put a security deposit it is of no consequence. 3 months later they still have not paid Why should anyone pay their Duquesne Light bill?
