I'll definitely be coming back to Fuzz in the future. The staff are friendly, accommodating and professional! I really recommend coming to Fuzz if you're new to waxing (they use hard wax and they make sure that you're not too uncomfortable with the waxing)!
The receptionists at Fuzz are very courteous and professional. They really care about their customers and they go the extra mile into making sure that their customers are well taken care of! I received a free wax session for my second visit after not being 100% satisfied with my first session - now that's good customer service! My overall take of the salon is that it is very relaxing and very clean - a very important factor for salons, especially for waxing salons. In terms of the waxing, everything is very sanitary - there were disposable sheets covering the beds, there was no double dipping with the waxing, and tweezers and trimming tools were always sterilized. My second session was particularly good since my aesthetician really paid attention to details and she made sure that I was satisfied with her work. I ended up tipping her nicely afterwards.
