I went to Jackson's to get a VIP car wash; I am getting ready to drive across country and wanted a clean car. I foster dogs so there is a abnormal amount of dog hair in my car. However I do not expect miracles and I am okay with the appearance of clean. When I got there a person came up trying to upgrade the sale. I usually say no right away but they were going to do a mini-detail on my car. I explained that my main concern was the dog hair as cleaning the console is useless if there is dog hair in the back seat; it will just make its way to the console again. I then explained that I did not want to do the min-detail if it was going to take a long time. They assured me only 45 minutes and that the backseat would be cleaned! This mini-detail took 3 hours! They when I got in the back seat; there was dog hair everywhere. I don't think they even touched my back seat! What did they even do for 3 hours. They certainly were not cleaning my car. I will never go back again. I literally could have thrown my 50 dollars in the trash and that would have been a better use of my money and time!
