about the only reason they get two stars is that I got to Chicago safely,and the island airport is marginally more convenient then Pearson, with construction on the tunnel for the foreseeable future even that is reduced.....
They really should be required to provide the same level of service from that terminal as is provided at Pearson, no US pre-clearance means that you have to do customs and immigration when you land and that means no Nexus benefits for those of us who value such services.
I don't see where people perceive the value either, I checked the prices @ YYZ for the same day, and if there had been seats they where cheaper, I was travelling with less then 72hrs advance notice and Porter had a seat available, AC would have required flying the night before...
