Had to have my car towed here after a blowout on the freeway. It was towed after the store closed, but when I met the tow driver Tire Works still had their door open. They were trying to work with multiple customers to get their cars done that night even when it was after hours. To my surprise they offered to switch my tires within an hour so I could have my car done that night. Furthermore, they visually showed me evidence of what was going on with my tires instead of just explaining it which helped me trust what they were saying. Their pricing may be slightly higher than some other places, but Tire Works is working to make relationships with the customers and they really helped me in a stressful situation!
