We called them up since one of the additions to our home for some reason was not getting power on the outlets. The two techs that came out were very nice and explained to me in detail what the problem was. It wasn't an easy to find problem either but it only took them about 20 minutes. Once they solved the issue, they were very thorough on making sure that it did in fact worked. I would recommend them to any residential electrical issues. They aren't the cheapest company around I'm sure but their professionalism and thoroughness made that price well worth it.
