Carsense is a great place to go for certified (true certified) used vehicles. Their no haggle prices, great/responsive customer service, alongside their responsive website, brought me into their lot.
I may one of the few reviewers that have been on both sides of the table - previously selling back a gently used car (Cranberry location) as well as purchasing a certified used vehicle a few years later. During both experiences, I received excellent customer service.
On this specific visit, I had a few specific cars in mind to test drive based on the information found on the Carsense website. I was able to drive several cars without the usual "salesperson" chatter and quickly selected the vehicle I wanted to drive off the lot with. The whole transaction took a few hours, but was completed much more quickly than I was expecting.
My salesperson Carrie has gone above and beyond to answer questions and reach out to me to follow up, making sure I did not have any issues. I recommend this location (and Carrie!) to anyone looking for an excellent used vehicle.
Also, this location is recently open this year and not many people know about this location - share the word!
