I had a rep come out and look at my unit after a failure July of last year. They suggested I replace the unit and sent a salesman out to quote me.
The sales person was honest. That alone was reason to go with them. They mentioned the unit could benefit from some minor upgrades due to the year of the old one and after researching this I found it to be true.
The new unit was installed by 2 techs, one was named Chirs Brown but not the wife beating rapper, who were quick and did clean work. He explained everything and filed my rebate paperwork too.
The AC rocks and so does Parker and Sons.
