First off. I love Bank of America. But this one here specifically, is the worst bank I've been to out of any bank I've gone too. Super long line stood there for 15 minutes, never moved. No music or anything so it feels uninviting, not to mention I wasn't greeted or talked to by any BOA employee. Also there was two people sitting in the lounge waiting to talk to a representative in which there was five representatives, two on a computer and 3 walking around talking amongst themselves. Only one of those two people was brought to sit down as I was leaving. Nobody was happy, it was a horrible experience. And all because the cash deposit outside at the ATM wasn't working. Which by the way, a technician came to fix that machine pretty quickly, the but took just long enough for me to experience this banks customer service.
There is a lot of people going to this branch, maybe it's time to hire more tellers and get things going here.
I had to drive to the BOA on Craig and Rancho to make a deposit, ridiculous.
