Talked to Austin to schedule appt. for both our Bichon and our Huskie. Austin put us down for Monday the 25 th at 5 pm. I knew it was Memorial Day but thought they might still work on that day so I didn't worry about it. 5 Pm came and went. Called Austin and he pretty much said he spent remember me or our conversation at all and could not work menu until the 5th. Terrible just terrible service and scheduling. Now I have to start my grooming search over. He mentioned 10 dollars off but that doesn't help very much right now
