Not sure if the dark haired woman is the owner or manager but she might be one of the rudest people we've ever encountered. She is rude to her staff and customers. She always seems rushed and is annoyed that people are coming in and wanting to purchase supplies from her. We've been going to this store for 15 years and have had issues in the past but today was beyond unacceptable. She has lost another customer and likely anyone we talk to about it.
