Never have I ever had a bad experience with Circle K in general... I go to Circle K basically everyday to pick up anything that is good to me for the day. This is the only local Circle K that gave me the worst inconvenience feeling and experience ever. I'm an easy going and social butterfly. I love engaging into conversation and have some smiles and laughs. When I was up next to my beers ring up, the cashier did not make any eye contact me at approach. I asked this dirty blonde hair woman how she was doing? She did not answer my question or maybe she didn't hear me? She immediately said something without looking at me. I had to announce to her that I'm deaf and need to read her lips. As soon as she realized I'm deaf, she began is repeat herself slowly. At the same time, I felt my request to read her lips was difficult enough for her already since she doesn't seem to want to take the time to communicate w me. She did make some facial expression that showed me she was already impatient with me. I finally understood she was asking me if I was over 21? I, jokingly, said I'm 15 years old. This is something I do often and if it ever became a problem, I have my ID ready. The cashier out the beers aside and said something. I couldn't understand her and told her my age. She said something and I was not able to understand her nor was I feeling comfortable asking her to repeat herself since she already hinted me that she didn't want to deal w me. So I told her I'm getting my wallet and ID from my car to show her my age. She said okay with what appeared to me a fake smile. I came to verify my age. She refused to look at my ID and slowly said, "I did NOT ask... for your... ID... you said you're not 21". Clearly, I wasn't going to get what I came for. I left and went to a different Circle K that I frequently go to and got what I wanted. They helped me get Heather Heller's phone number. She's the woman that oversees Circle K all over. I left a message with her and hopefully, management and employment will be much better than it is right now. This Circle K needs sensitivity training. Anyone isn't happy with their job needs to leave. Nobody wants to deal with anyone who is moody and cannot separate their personal business apart from their work ethnic.
