Let me get started with I have used this establishment before and that was about 3 years prior to this review and I had no problems with the sales managers, tech work done to my car or the products I purchased. Let me follow that up with if I could give this place 0 stars that would've been the clear option. They sold me the lesser products of what they had to offer at the store not offering other options to me trying to get the sale. They were going back and forth between me and another customer who was there at the same time. Extremely unprofessional to have one person between two customers when there are multiple sales associates around the store. Unfortunately he was the manager and wasn't instructing anyone else to help but after I made the decision to purchase everything and informed the manager it took around an hour for him to finally process my purchase and take my keys and finally start looking over all the pre existing work done to the car, which I informed them it was improperly done and needed to be addressed. They assured everything would be taken care of and they would call if they ran into any problems. They call about 45 min later to inform me they might break my front panel because of a tiny crack that was pre existing and their professionals are incapable of doing a careful job to not further any damage. Great, I can only wait to hope they don't damage my car. Little did they inform me that my manufacturer amp in the trunk was about to go bad, and when I informed them on a clicking noise in the front right tweeter they failed to inform me on the reason of that until my second my visit the following day(I'll get there). I return at 5pm when they close. They've had all day to work on it and make sure its in working top performance, because they are supposed to tune it in the back as they have previously done when I had purchased speakers and a new stereo deck as well. I begin by by setting up the Bluetooth and it wouldn't connect because, "All the guys in the back were connecting to it, so it must be your phone", is what the Manager had to say to me. None the less he invited to fix it for me tomorrow even replacing it if necessary, probably selling it to another victim of their poor customer care and service. Plain and simple their salespeople and all they look for is commission even after they tell you, "They had too many young guys that weren't personable enough". Later finding out this Manager in charge used to be a insurance salesman for 25+ years, I should've walked away right when he said that. Now that his little unimpressive and unsuccessful demo was complete and he was out of my car I'm inspecting other things that could be wrong. I wasn't surprised to find that they had not properly installed the door panels and they were getting caught every time the passenger door was opened. In addition they failed to install the drivers side door panel correctly resulting in failure of the latching mechanism in the door(I will get to this later). Next they fail to hook up the Bluetooth microphone correctly after I finally was able to connect to it a solid couple hours later so that needed to be resolved the next day as well. Furthermore they fail to hook up all the tweeters and they blame that on the amp which they failed to inform me about earlier in the day. Needless to say I was a little frustrated and wanted it all fixed the next day. I return the next day voicing all my concerns in the above paragraph and he assured they would fix it all and then started to blame my amp for their poor installation job, because it is simple wiring to bypass the amp and hardwire the tweeters. Apparently in paying the $1 install for 4 separate pieces and then an additional $80+ for install on 2 separately purchased tweeters them properly installing the tweeters so they actually played sound wasn't part of the deal? Not the case, they are fully responsible per the install agreement. None the less they agree to fix everything accepting they were in then wrong so I give them the keys and they tell me to come back at 5pm closing time and it should be ready. I return and find that still the tweeters aren't working in the back, they return to fix it and now they aren't working in the front. Blaming it on my amp they finally agree to just hardwire it all correctly allowing no amp interference with the tweeters. So now 30-45 past closing time they finally have it "finished". The door panel is attached on the passenger right side and the tweeters all worked. Unfortunately in reinstalling the door panels they failed to properly do so resulting in my drivers side door not latching when opened from the inside. The previous day it was not opening from the inside. This time around it now won't close and latch at all! They have had to "sleep it", or keep it over night and it will be taken care of the next day. I'm nervous for the safety of my car to be perfectly honest.
