Absolutely the worst ever. 3 separate delays today on flight 188 to Bozeman. Pushed back and something "broke". Baked in the cabin for 20 minutes in the 110 degree heat, no air. Back to the gate, deplaned, waited for an hour, was told a flight from Fresno was coming, which didn't, then they cancelled our flight. So spent the day at the airport and get to awake at 430am tomorrow to try it all over again. Pathetic! They shouldn't be in the transportation business, period!!
