I just don't understand how someone makes an appointment to have a simple oil change done. (Which is a 20 minute process at the max). Had my wife sitting there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. Wow you are bunch of retards. Only reason I keep coming here is because I have free oil changes remaining. Must be pretty bad when I can't wait to pay for oil changes again (somewhere else). Enough said. I'll leave it at that.
