Tortoise & Hare's customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced in ANY store, but especially in a running/athletics store.
The staff here are beyond friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and don't pressure you in to buying anything like you may have experienced at other specialty running stores.
In addition to great service and products, they offer good form running clinics, yoga classes, and weekly group runs, all for free!!
So happy to find a place this amazing in the West Valley! I recommend them to everyone I know :)
