Don't be fooled by Mike Metz and his radio personality. While he is very nice and knowledgeable, he surrounds himself with a team that lacks good customer service and follow through. He handed our loan over to his team and then hands off unless I called to get him back involved. Our mortgage almost did not go through due to their lack of follow up. I ended up calling daily at the end to keep this on track and hit the closing date. We did not know if we were going to make the closing until hours before the end of the day. Very Stressful!
