The store seems ok. I bought 4 iphone Xs to replace our family's ATT phones. They had problems and had to give me temp numbers and since the phones weren't in stock, I had to come back to activate once they were shipped to me. Since they weren't in stock, I couldn't trade in my old phones. They also don't offer Apple Care. Also, this meant that I had to trade in the phones online and wait for an apple gift card. I could only do 2 at a time, so this process took 4 weeks. Lastly, and more importantly, the change from ATT to Verizon in North Phoenix is a degradation in service. I have 1 bar and poor connectivity in my house, where it was fine with ATT. USinG cell data in many parts of the valley is now much slower than ATT. My next step is simple. Moving back to ATT
