Not too long ago, or maybe it was (my sense of time has been off lately), Las Vegas's motto was What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas. This rather enticing invitation to unleash and revel in one's uninhibited, unencumbered, party loving, living in the moment self, in a city famously (or infamously) heralded by many for its debauchery, was wonderfully alluring but not all that true for yours truly . . . and yet I do have a confession to make. Bless me coffee loving Yelpers for I have sinned . . . I have strayed from the goodness of local roasters and have partaken of the commercial . . . and I liked it (kinda, well, how about mostly? fine, sometimes I have this overwhelming need to shower thereafter. you happy now?) Anyways, whether it be sheer desperation or absolute necessity, I've found a certain degree of comfort (and adequate amount of caffeine) in their short double cappuccino. Add the fact that there is an ever convenient drive thru and boom, Starbucks gets a solid three stars. You're welcome.
