So far not impressed. Gave me a time of 3-6, called at 5:45 to confirm still coming and they 1) couldnt find my appt under my phone, when i did give it to them. They found it under my address, then told me tech would be here btwn 6 and 7:30. Not happy right now. More to come. The man that came is from Sears. Surprising as that was who i was trying to get away from. He aligned the door only after i told him it could be done from the bottom, noticed he didn't have the special tool the last repairman had. The frig side jutting out compared to the freezer side couldn't be fixed. He was very nice, but as he showed up at 6:40 an d couldn't fix the prob, guess hard earned money doesn't go very far for a fridge that's only 1 1/2 yrs old. I changed to 2 stars as he was nice and did align the door.
