I've rented from this location 2 times without any problems or hassles, but the 3rd time was a nightmare.
The first 2 times there was great customer service. The staff was friendly, hospitable, courteous and professional. Staff rotate every 4 months and the last time I was there, with the new staff, I did not see that but bad attitudes.
I'd rented a car for 24 hours/ 1 day and dropped the car off at another state the day after I rented. 6/1/2016 ~ 6/2/2016.
On 6/16/2016 I get a phone call from enterprise that records at the dropp off location saids that the car that was dropped off wasn't rented out until a couple days ago, and the return was not recorded until then. asking me when I had returned the car inorder to clarify its actual return date.
They thought that I had kept the car for 14/15 days!
Since I had only a horribly light copy of the pink paper, I couldn't prove to them on my end that I had returned the car the day after. And on the copy that I recieved there was no indication of the date I had returned it.
Logically speaking I told them " if I had rented the car for 15 days wouldn't I have been charged that amount uppon dropp off?"
Afterwards I had e-mailed a representative a picture of the copy I had recieved, I got no call back or notice, even when I called to tell them to call me back of what happened with this case.
Its absurd that the car didn't get immediately recorded when it was dropped off.
Its absurd that the representative that I had talked to upon drop off (the next day on 6/2) claimed that I returned it on 6/15.
Its rediculous that I had to to show proof that I had not! recieved, which caused problems. Problems that I shoulden't be having to deal with.
This was not my problem but enterprises staff and lack of keeping records.
Unbelievable.
