I thought I had already written a review here but I guess not. I've been here a few times (about 10 times in the span of 8 months) and I don't come here often because the food as you know, is pricey for my budget. I also got student loans to pay....LOL. Anyway, let's get on with this review.
GENERAL -- I like this Whole Foods because it is clean, has a huge selection of organic food, and the staff I have encountered is very friendly. I've come different times such as weeknight, weekend (Saturday and Sunday during the day), and weekday afternoon. I would say that a Friday evening when I came a few months ago was super busy. Upon inquiring with a staff member why so many people were around, I was told that it was their wine night ("5 for 5" is what the night is called). It was literally a party in there. So basically, everyone comes to taste 5 samples of wine for $5. I believe small treats or cheese comes with it. Anyway, at other times, traffic has been like any regular grocery store - hit or miss. It definitely isn't as busy during the days which is when I went yesterday (April 30, 2018).
FOOD -- I LOVE their hot foods section because there is always alot of variety from rice, vegetables, meats, soups, etc. There is a cold bar section where you can put together a salad for yourself. Just by this area is there bakery, a fresh pizza section, and a meats/seafood section. Plenty of vegetarian/vegan options as well. I've seen vegetarian meats and even Vegan items in the bakery/cookies section.
I have no complaints about Whole Foods so stop on in and shop till your hearts content, if your budget so inclines.
