I wish there was an option to give them 0 stars because this has got to be the worst customer service and business thus far. I've been going to this dry cleaners for about 10 years when it used to be $1.50 for any garment. Over the years it increased to $1.75, $1.99..which I didn't mind until today. The price is now $2.25..still don't mind, but then I had a peacoat that I've had for over 8 years and had dry cleaned at this place numerous times. She said she was going to charge me $6 to dry clean my peacoat, which used to be the same price as any garment I gave them to dry clean. She didn't tell me a reason at first. I had to ask her what was her reasoning. She said it's cause it's thicker and made of wool. Bull. Like I've said I've been coming here for about 10 years and had this coat dry cleaned numerous times for the same price as the other garments. This business is shady and looks for ways to rip off their customers. Like the other reviews I would get my clothes back with a stain that wasn't there when I gave it to them or have it come back with an odor. I will not return to this business again and I will advise other people not to either. Go find another place that has better quality service even if they charge more than this place.
