Horrible company. I don't know how they stay in business. Had a tech come out for warranty work on washing machine. He showed up, plugged his laptop into washer and got an error code. Part has to be ordered so he orders and says it will be delivered to our house in 2 weeks. About a week later we get a call from A&E saying we need to reschedule our appointment. According to them the tech said he showed up but we were not home! We tell them otherwise and they say that they will call the tech to find out and that we should call back in 24 hrs. Well we do and guess what, they have no record of our previous conversation. They put us on hold to call the tech and we get hung up on. That was the final straw. We immediately called Frigidare and said they need to send someone else. Will NEVER use them again!
