I bought my tires at a Kal Tire in SK. After I moved and they started leaking I brought them in to check them out. As promised they didn't charge me a penny to fix the problem (which is the only reason I gave 2 stars) BUT while I was waiting (because I had no where else to go) one of the employees was on the phone talking to Telus about an account that was sent to collections. I could hear his very frustrated conversation loud and clear! Not very professional. One of the other employees also noticed this and decided to say something but then there was a very loud argument between the two employees and some very questionable comments were made to one another. Even less professional. It's like I wasn't even there! I also noticed my vehicles mechanic was constantly missing. Seemed like it took much much longer then it should have (2.5hours!!) just for one problem tire they in the end simply resealed.
I was very happy when my vehicle was done and left. I will not be returning to this location.
