This rating is for sales, specifically Adele. We had the worst sales experience here, a couple folks tried to save it but by that point I was just done with it and left. The sales associate wouldn't let me test drive a SUV on the lot because she said she didn't want to put miles on it if I didn't want that exact one. I've never heard that in my life. I finally did test drive an explorer sport as requested, but asked if I could add a front camera. She said I needed to ask her manager, which I did and he brushed it off and just said it would be really expensive. They did nothing to earn my business, their prices were higher than another Ford dealership for the exact same suv, the sales associate was rude, I felt judged the entire time I was there. Unfortunately for Ford, the folks at Infiniti were very friendly and helpful so I took home a new car that day.
