The new staff does not care about customer service, i called to check on my order since it wasn't finished in time, and someone answered the phone and placed it on the counter for 10 minutes continuing their conversation with a coworker about hair products. I hung up to call again and got the busy signal. Because of course the phone was on the counter. I continued to call for about 40 minutes and still busy signal. I drive to the bakery to talk to them in person, mind you the place was empty if they were packed I would have understood. I have been using this bakery for over 4 years, with 5 family members yearly getting cakes from them, thats 5 cakes a year for 4 years, and for the new staff to be so unprofessional. I will not be going back.
