Shocked it's only 3 stars. This is the best burrito place I've tried in the area. Food quality and cleanliness alone are better than the top two competitors based on star rating. The staff has always helpful and friendly. Everything is always clean. The food has never been unsatisfactory. I consistently get a potato taco and chicken burrito. Highly recommend both of those.
The worst thing that has happened on a visit is they were out of guacamole. That was once in maybe 10 visits. I don't expect it's a regular thing.
