Orlando called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment et to let me know he was on his way. Not only was Orlando on time he was extremely professional and has a great personality. Too many times you have someone come into your home to do some work and they have zip customer service knowledge.
We live on the 9th floor so Orlando had to use a portable cleaner. Our career ting is only 18 months old and we only use our condo 1/2 the year. I was floored (pun intended lol) when I saw how much dirt was coming up from our carpeting.
