By far the worst accommodations I've ever experienced. Booked the hotel on Expedia and a week before our stay I received an email stating that I must call the hotel and pay for my one night stay in full. I called and the woman (very rudely) explained that it is a busy weekend in the area and I need to pat the full charge now or they will rent the room to someone else. She also explained she was charging me a $25 damage fee that will be refunded after check out.
When we arrive the taxi driver warns us to not "hang out" around the hotel because it's not a safe area.
At any point that we went to the front desk to ask for anything, the staff was rude and seemed bothered to have to wait on us. Even upon checking in, it was as if we were intruding on them.
I will take the advice of every taxi driver we encountered and never stay here again. It's clearly not a safe, healthy place to be but on top of that, the staff lacks any customer service skills.
