I'm so bummed about my experience here. I absolutely loved my deluxe pedicure, however was completely blindsided with the add on costs that I was not informed about. My deluxe pedicure was $35 and I got it with Rockstar Sparkle polish. I expected that the Rockstar polish would be about $10 extra because that's what I pay at other salons. When I got to the register they charged me the $35 for the pedicure plus $25 extra for the Rockstar polish!!! What???? $25 extra??? I was not informed of that additional cost ahead of time. When I spoke to the manager, he basically said I was lying about not being informed. Are you kidding me? I'm really sad because my pedicure was great, but I will NEVER go back here because of the add on cost that I was not informed of and the manager calling me a liar.
