I had been looking for a company to help me put up an outdoor antenna to receive over-the-air channels at my N.W. Peoria home. I found Mr. Antenna on an internet search and liked the fact that they were a smaller company with great ratings on yelp that specialized in "cutting the cord" with outdoor antennas. They answered all my quesitons and knew exactly what setup would work best for my situation. T.J. did a great job installing my antenna. When he got done I got 81 channels, which is basically all of them, but one channel was not coming in really strong. It was an important channel for what my wife likes to watch so T.J. suggested that he would remount the antenna at a higher location on my two-story house and see if it would solve the problem. It did. He could have just told me that getting all 81 channels was about as good as it gets, but instead he went the extra mile, took down and then remounted the antenna just to see if we could get a stronger signal for ONE channel. Now that is great customer service from a good company in my opinion. From the time I made the first phone call to Sabrina through the installation from T.J., communication was excellent and schedules were kept as promised. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if needed.
