I love this hotel. I have traveled extensively for work in the past and this is my new favorite place. I brought my dog, Max, with me for a work trip. The front desk has been so great. They greet her and give her pets. I cut my finger pretty badly. The guy at the front desk offered to drive me to the urgent care and offered to watch Max for me while I was gone. The ladies at the front desk gave Max pets when we came in. They were so sweet. My dog is never going to want to leave. The area is walkable and safe. The room was great. I got the one with a king bed that has a living room. It's just enough room for the pooch to have the space to move around and get comfortable. The room is updated with nice carpet, just enough covers, the bed is comfy, and the shower/tub has the best water pressure, a rarity in hotels these days. I stayed here on both trips for my Epic training and when I come to Madison again, I will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff! Keep up the great work!
