I would give this business minus 5 stars if I could. I called and made a appointment 2 weeks prior to the date I went. I arrived at my 3:45 appointment at 3:30 and walked in the door and was not acknowledged for 20 minutes. Then the girl approached me and said for me to fill out paperwork which I could have already completed in the 20 minutes I had already sat there. 5 minutes later she called me to the desk and told me the Doctor had an "Emergency" and would be unable to see me today and asked if I could reschedule my appointment. I said absolutely not and when did this "Emergency" occur and why didn't they notify me prior to my appointment. At that time she actually admitted she had lied and stated that they didn't show me scheduled for an appointment at all and that is why the Doctor couldn't see me. Unbelievable !!! I told her that this was completely unacceptable and I walked out the door. I had planned my whole day around that appointment and driven 7 miles from my home to get there.
